Many thanks to heera for giving soft copy of such a nice book "Animal Farm". It is a best book of its kind that I have ever read. The writer has however written the book in the context of Russian revolution. But it fits greatly to everything around us like politics, corporate and even our society. Its just reflect the way we are.
The best part is that writer has not taken any name explicitly. He has given a wonderful analogy using Animal and the society of Animals. After reading this book, i have started wondering, What I am doing ? and for what i am doing ? and above all for whom i am doing ? Do hard work ever pay ? I always believe to be non political and keep my self away from politics whether its my home/family, office or friend circle. But now I am totally confused. But one thing is sure that this book made me think a lot. And I think this single book is going to help me a lot to shape my thinking process covering broader horizon. Well, i must agree that first 2-3 days after reading this books gone totally weird specially after reading the fate of horse (A very hardworking animal projected in a book) and the reason of this was his absolute faith on his corrupt handler. So the best learning from the book is "Absolute faith corrupt and its corrupt absolutely".
Well, thanks to God, I got gyan, and that is what i want to share with you all and this is the purpose of writing this blog. After reading the book i have realized that how much truth was there in a book. It always says Absolute faith corrupt and i realized that even absolute faith on this book will surely corrupt me. Read the last line again, this is the crux. Gyan kaam aaaya, "Absolute faith corrupts".
I guess, now i should quickly summarize my learning from this book:
1) Do not have absolute faith on any thing, put your reasoning and facts for any decision making
2) In work/job, You should always know 3 things for sure
2.1) for whom you are working (who will benefit from your work)
2.2) what is the objective behind your work ?
2.3) why are you working ?
This is all for today. You guys/girls can revert me if you need that mind blowing book.
Note: 6 thinking hats is a very nice book to learn about decision making.

Success, Failure & Happiness
Although i always resist to accept that there is any relation between happiness and success/failure. I always use to believe that its a person nature to be happy or not-happy. It has nothing to do with success or failure. But from quite some time i had started noticing that perhaps i am wrong. Happiness has to do with success and failure.
I think success is the level of satisfaction with respect to:
1) Physical
2) Mental
3) Financial
4) Emotional
5) Religious and Spiritual
I guess, if we satisfy at all 5 above mention point, we would be satisfied. And the is degree of satisfaction/dissatisfaction will determine the level of success or failure.
But i am still confuse about this new observation which just came into my mind. Will satisfaction on above mentioned 5 point will keep person happy forever ? As of now its seems "YES" ....
